Hi! we are looking for a third housemate for our 3 bed-3 toilet-2 bath house right on Old Kent Road. The house has been recently redone and has new clean furnishing. It comes with a spacious living area, kitchen and a backyard with bench!
The place is a 13 minute bike ride (20 minute bus) from London bridge with all big grocery stores within a short walk!
The bills per person are expected to be somewhere around 110 to 140 per month!
Our friend had to drop out last minute so we are looking for someone who'll be a good fit to make this a chill homely place!
