Hello
I’m a British Indian working in the city and I live with my Austrian partner Claudia
I work in the office 5 days a week and Claudia is in the office 3 days a week and 2 days from home at our other place which is at the coast.
We have a small double room due to be available from mid/end September
Our current lodger has moved out and we are decorating the room ready for our next flat mate. It will be furnished with a new double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The flat is a 2 bed on 4th floor and the building has a lift and an intercom system so it’s pretty safe.
We are away most weekends so whole flat can be used to invite friends if needed.
Will have internet and happy to share some tv subscription apps
Please bring your own TV if needed as we do watch tv a lot in the evenings and will not be able to share a tv between 3 people.
There is a bus stop right outside with links to most locations in London.
Elephant and Castle is under 10 minutes on the bus and there are plenty of pubs and restaurants.
The local Tesco/Asda is 5 mins walk away.
The flat does get warm in the summer but also very cosy in the winter.
