A 3 year old new build on the 5th floor with a balcony, it provides a great view across the city, with double glazing to keep the noise out and the heat in. Of the two other bedrooms, one is an en suite, leaving the spacious main bathroom to be shared between two.

I myself am moving out after 3 years, the last year I enjoyed with Gabe and Gavin. Both working professionals in their mid-late 20's, they are considerate housemates who both keep the flat clean and tidy. Often spend time catching up over dinner, after work and on the weekends, it's definitely a social flat with a good respect for each others space and communication of needs i. e. noise, guests etc.
