Cozy double room in Old Kent Road will be available from June 15th until September 14th (with possibility of renewal after Sept).

The room comes furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a desk, and a chair. The price is £785pcm.

The living room is nice and spacious - perfect for hangouts.
The kitchen is recently refurbished, it has everything you need including a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave...
Bathroom is spacious, has a bathtub and is shared between everybody.

Deposit will be £618. The tenants are responsible for bills. Bills are irregular depending on the month and will need a new set up, but they always come to less than £100pp.


As far as the neighbourhood goes - can't hear the neighbours, there is a big Tesco just across the road and a big Lidl and Asda at a 5 min walk from the flat.

Buses can get you to London Bridge, Tower Bridge, Elephant and Castle, Peckham or New Cross in under 10 minutes. Jubilee line and Northern line stations are a 20min walk from the flat. The landlord is also very friendly and helpful.
