3-2 weeks Sublet - double bed room

Really good location, and only a 5-10min walk from burgress park and multiple superstores!

Shared flat on old Kent road, Southwark - Subletting only my room for the last month of our contract (you would have to move out on the 16TH OF SEPTEMBER‼️)
Therefore if you move in any later ( latest date to move in would be 24TH or 25TH of AUGUST) I would subtract each day that you hadn’t moved in off of the original rent price I’ve put down and you would pay less and I’ll cover the remaining :)

Household of 4 girls, all between the ages of 21-23, University students and most of us work part time. My flatmates are all my university friends and are really kind and considerate people, if you require anything while staying here they’ll always be down to help! We all respect each other’s space and are wary of not making noise at night. Also they are sociable so don’t worry about feeling shy!

Aside from each persons room, there’s a large shared living space with 2 balcony’s, a shared kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet and outside there’s a large shared grass space as-well ( also a large parking space if needed )

We have one month remaining of our flat contract, so my room will be available from 16th of August - 16th of September. The bill will come about to £25-30 or less and energy can be covered by me as I currently have to return home as soon as possible to housesit and cannot afford to pay for the last month.

Lastly, do not worry - the room will be cleaned and everything in it (aside from furniture ofc) will be either taken or disposed of by me! However if u require something lmk :)
