The room is one of the largest in the house. It overlooks the front and is on the ground floor. It is cosy in the winter and the big windows allow for a cool breeze in summer. It comes with a wardrobe, a double bed, a desk, a wall-mounted mini TV, and a night table.
The heart of the house is the living room, which connects to the kitchen. There are 2 big sofas big enough for everyone to sit on and hang out. There is an extendable dining table that becomes bigger for group dinners and smaller when the space is needed. The kitchen has 2 fridges, each with freezer space as well. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine. We also get our own patio out back, which we plan to really make our own. Lastly, the house has a toilet on each floor (3), and showers on each of the upper floors (2). The top floors bathroom also has its own bathtub!
The location is perfect as the house sits just off of Old Kent Road, so you get perks such as the tesco superstore and also a Lidl, both 5 minutes walk away.
We’re all starting fresh, so it’s a great opportunity to make new friends! Everyone here is an undergraduate student, and we’re looking for someone who wants the perfect balance between socialising and respecting each other’s space.
