One room to fill in spacious 4 bed

3 young professional women who are sociable both inside and outside the flat. 2 housemates are moving out of a 4 bedroom flat, one room is already filled and looking for another.

The flat is a large 4 bed, with stairs, a bathroom with toilet and an additional toilet. A large kitchen which looks into a large living room with a balcony that over looks the shared green space.

Old Kent Road with lots of bus connections to elephant and castle, Peckham and other areas. (I generally do the 40 min walk to Blackfriars for work!)

The building is Milestone house and is a mix of renters and owners, generally a very quiet building with active building group chat and communication as is needed.

Minimum tenancy would be 6 months but ideally stay upwards of a year.

Looking to fill the room quickly as takes 1-2 months for property manager to work on the process to change people out of the property.
