Now a rolling contract due to the renters rights act, but the letting agency don’t mind about notice as long as you find a replacement, so very flexible! All roommates are currently women, so women only please.

Great location, 3 minutes from a big Tesco, multiple bus stops at the end of the road. 20 mins walk or <10 min bus to Elephant and castle tube and overground. Idea location for a student at KCL or LSE, or a professional working near waterloo, london bridge or central! Three story terraced house on a lovely residential street off the main drag. My room is on the top floor. It comes with a bed and mattress that were brand new for my tenancy, shelves and a wardrobe. I am happy to sell on my desk and chair cheap if you’d like! There is a small garden and a shared living room with TV.

Two other rooms in this property will also be listed shortly, one other double and an en-suite, in case you want to move with friends! Remaining roommates are a KCL student and a professional.

Rent is £840 per month.
Current bills are approximately £70 for unlimited utilities (we’ve been using a student package for ease, but if you want to re-organise this, it could probably be cheaper)
Council tax around £50 (students are fine but please be willing to contribute to council tax)
