Big double room to rent in Central London (SE1)

One big double bedroom is soon becoming available in our lovely 4-bed house share.

Suitable for one individual, female (no couples, sorry!).

The house is in an excellent location, based off Tower Bridge Road (Old Kent Road, SE1) This is a very popular area of London, with the heart of the city just a 15 minute bike ride/40 minute walk from the house.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and other standard amenities. There is a small bathroom with a sink and toilet. We have a light and comfortable shared living room, which includes TV and a dining area at the back. There is also a full bathroom with a shower, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There is free bike parking space down.

You will be sharing with 3 professionals between 30 and 34, working in science, finance and event management.

We each lead our own lives, however we are a friendly household and enjoy spending an evening together, watching movies or going to the pub:)

Available: between 1st-15th of September

Rent: £570 (+£570 deposit + £90 for the furniture of the whole house)

Fully furnished.

Bills

These vary throughout the year depending on usage and payment schedules, but are roughly between 90 (summer)-150 max (winter)

This is a well-loved house-share and we would be looking for people who also want to make it their home, and hang out with the other housemates from time to time. It's important for us to keep the flat clean and we have a cleaning rota.
