Double room with balcony and own bathroom

Hello!

We are Hanna and Joy, and we live in a lovely light and modern flat SE1/zone 1/2 border. Our flatmate is moving out so we're on the hunt for a third housemate to complete our home - the room is available from beginning of January.

The flat is a two story new build in a secure complex with two toilets and a huge modern kitchen and living room with balcony. The room is on the top floor with own bathroom (though no shower so you'd still have to share the shower downstairs in the bigger bathroom), storage and balcony. The flat came unfurnished though there is some furniture in the room which can stay. This includes a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and shelves.

There are bus stops right outside the flat which will get you to Elephant and Castle and London Bridge in 10 minutes and Waterloo in 20. We're right next door to a huge Asda, there's a Tesco/Lidl up the road too. We're also walking distance to Peckham, Camberwell, Bermondsey, Elephant and Castle, where there's loads of nice bars, pubs, restaurants, markets, and you can park for free outside. We're also right next to Burgess park.

We are professionals, Hanna is a theatre producer, Joy works for KPMG. Both really sociable with separate lives and both travel for work so sometimes away, though enjoy a bottle of wine and a Netflix binge when we're in.
