We are looking for one considerate young professional to come and live with us. When all the rooms are occupied there will be 5 people living in the 5 bedroom property.

The house is located on Marcia Road near Borough tube/ London Bridge/ Elephant and Castle.

Communal living area downstairs with granite work surfaces, gas hobs.

Lovely garden with patio, room for bike storage. Outside seating.

We get a cleaner for 3 hours per week who does all communal areas.

There is an open plan living room/ kitchen/ breakfast bar. There are 2 shower/ bath rooms and one downstairs loo.

We want a professional in their late 20’s or early 30's who likes good food, good company, is a considerate housemate and who is clean, tidy and thoughtful. We have all become good friends and often do things together like dinner, movies etc and would love another person to join the group.

A bit about us:

- Calvin is 26, originally from Malaysia, works as a doctor. He enjoys film, cocktail and good foods.
- Marco is 29 and a restaurant manager
- Rohan is 23 and works in theatre
- Junaid is 28 and works in industry

Bills are not included. There is a shared bills account which we all pay into. This covers everything (electricity, water, gas, TV licence, virgin broadband, council tax, a cleaner for 3h per week and when there is an excess that is used to pay for shares cleaning products, loo paper, washing tablets etc etc). It adds up to £130 per month.
