Double room in shared house of females

We are a household of 3 independent friendly girls looking for 1 more female to join us in this 4 double bedroom house. We are professionals between 22 & 32.

There is a bathroom & separate shower room (both with wc) which we share 2 x2. The room is on the first floor & has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk & chair.. There is a large back garden. with side access - useful if you use a bike. East Acton, North Acton and Willesden Junction stations are nearby. Cafes & a grocery shop are a short walk away. It is also not too far from a canal side bar and pub.

Ideally, we are looking for a female within the 25 – 35 age range, no couples or pets, who are happy with handling their share of chores around the house.
