Discounted Studio At Collective Old Oak

Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my Studio ASAP. For ages 18+ only.

£150 per week until 8 Feb 2021. (Current cheapest STUDIO rate offered by The Collective is £260 pw). Includes Bills!

Note: you can extend directly with the Collective if you wish to stay after 8 Feb 2021. Rate varies by length of stay.

Replacement will need to meet The Collective eligibility criteria - earn more than £28k, provide 3 months bank statements and proof of ID.

All linens are provided and rooms are cleaned bi-weekly.

Located a short walk to well connected Willesden Junction & North Acton stations taking you into central London in 20 minutes. A 30 minute walk (or kayak!) along the canal to Little Venice & Notting Hill.
