Cosy ensuite in fully equiped co-living building!

Hi everyone,
I'm leaving a lease early from my (discounted) en-suite room. The ensuite is in a great co-living arrangement which has gym, co-working rooms, library, sauna, games room, huge terrace and outdoor garden which is great for the summer all included! It's a great place to meet people with events on every night.

I had a special rate of £1140 per month (if booking 1 month at a time it would be £1261) with my lease due to expire on 25th November. I have the opportunity to hand over the remainder of this lease and the person renting can choose to renew or forgo by November. In addition to the price there will be a one-off £50 for the gym membership that I paid as well as the one-off administration cost charged by the Collective for incorporating the new person onto the lease - £100.

I am also flexible with the move in date +/- 1 week if that's easier for some people.

It is a private en-suite rooms that comes fully furnished with a double bed, storage space, workspace, 24" TV screen, broadband, private en-suite bathroom with shower and a kitchenette shared with one other person (great chill person) with a two-hob cooker, microwave & fridge. It's south facing so a lot of sun during the morning/afternoon and right on the canal so great for walks!
All linens are provided and rooms are cleaned bi-weekly.

Located a short walk to well connected Willesden Junction (Bakerloo and Overground) & North Acton (Central) stations taking you into central London in 20 minutes. We are right on the canal which is a A 30-minute walk to Little Venice & Notting Hill.
