Hey, I am looking for a new flatmate to join me in a nice and clean apartment. This property is newly built with me being the first to occupy this flat.
It includes a beautiful spacious kitchen with fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a lushious balcony, cosy living room, pantry storage room and a washing/drying machine.

The flat is located in North Acton/Park Royal with a 10mins walk to WIllesden Junction (Overground and Bakerloo Line) and around 15mins to North Action Station (Central Line). It takes around 30min to get to Central London by Tube. The nearest bus stops are only around a 1-2mins walk.

The single room with ensuite bathroom is available the first of February 2025, though me and my current flatmate are flexible with the moving day. It is furnished with a double bed. The room has space for a desk and is therefore a great home office space.

Shared rent is £1008 (payed on the 1st of every month), with additonal bills of £150, this includes a fast wifi connection. The shared deposit is £1990.38 (995.19 per person).

The flat is situated in a quiet area with Tesco & Sainsbury's nearby, as well as other shops. Wormwood Scrubs park is only a 13min walk away, great for sportive activities or walks in the nature.

I'm looking for a new flat mate to vibe with, not only for the limited purpose of sharing a flat, but to socialise too! My name is Leonie, 26 from Germany, looking for someone ideally around the same age. I work in the VFX industry and have a hybrid way of working, some days at home and on others in the office. I like vegan cooking while listening to music, travelling and visiting concerts & festivals. I also like going out to share a beer at the pub, listen to some live music or going to musicals. Absolute must for new flatmates is being lgbt friendly.
