Hello! I live in a lovely 2-bed flat and I’m looking for a new female flatmate to move into the second room. Ideally someone who’s responsible, easy to get along with and wants more than just four walls and a bed to crash in.

- 3-6 months bank statements to prove net income of at least £2,100 per month (approx £32k pre-tax). If that’s tricky, a guarantor works too.
• Work reference & contract or tax return if self employed.

I’m pretty laid-back and like a mix of privacy and the occasional hangout. Ideally, you’re the same: respectful of space but up for a bit of socialising so it doesn’t feel like we’re strangers in a student dorm.

I work with dogs, so I’m usually out of the house during the day (and occasionally smelling faintly of Labradors). Ideally, I’m looking for someone with a similar daytime routine — totally fine if you work from home, but probably not a great fit if you work night shifts and sleep all day.

I’m looking for a flatmate who is tidy and considerate. I’d love someone who’ll treat the flat like our shared home – i. e., teamwork on maintaining the flat rather than “I’ll just clean my plate and vanish.”

I want the flat to feel comfortable and to have a good vibe going.
So if you’re clean, reliable and up for making a homey space with me (and maybe watching the occasional bad movie), we’ll get along great.
