I’m looking for a lovely flatmate (I don’t mind male or female) to share a bright 2-bed, 2-bath flat just a 10-minute walk from Willesden Junction. Bakerloo/Central/Overground lines.

Available end of Feb/beginning of March

A quick note: the rooms look a bit messy in the photos as the current tenants are in the process of moving out.

Rent & bills:

• £2,200 total (£1,100 each)

• Bills usually come to around £150–£200 each

About the flat:

There are two double bedrooms:

• One ensuite with a standing shower

• One bedroom with a separate bathroom that has a bathtub — I realised I forgot to take a photo of this but you can come see at the viewing!

About me:

I’m 24F, working full-time in trading at a bank. I’m mostly office-based, with occasional WFH Fridays, so I’m ideally looking for someone with a similar routine.
