Flat has washer/dryer machine, dishwasher and balcony which has a lovely view of central London. On the development there is a shop on site, working spaces, car park (for a fee) and a concierge for parcels and queries.
Room is £1000 a month plus bills which equal to £150/£200 depending on usage. Deposit is £1182.50 and the room is available from end of April.
