Double room with own bathroom £1000pcm+ bills

Double room available in Old Oak Common/Harlesden area. 10 minute walk to willesden green station and north acton station! Serves central line, bakerloo line and mildmay & lioness overground lines. Lots of shops and cafe’s around and a big Asda 15 minute drive away.

My flatmate is moving out so I’m advertising her double room, available with whole bathroom to yourself as I have an en-suite in my room. Flat has washer/dryer machine, dishwasher and balcony which has a lovely view of central London. On the development there is a shop on site, working spaces, car park (for a fee) and a concierge for parcels and queries.
Room is £1000 a month plus bills which equal to £150/£200 depending on usage. Deposit is £1182.50 and the room is available from end of April.
Prefer a flatmate who is 420 friendly and similar age to me.
