Spacious Loft Ensuite - Your Own Little Studio!

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in this lovely house, with the possibility of extending the contract afterwards. I’m only moving out because I’m moving in with my best friend, so it’s definitely not an easy place to leave! I can also be a little flexible with the moving-in date, so feel free to get in touch if your dates are slightly different.

The room is a really spacious loft with its own ensuite, and because it is the only room on the top floor, with a kitchen right next to it, it feels almost like having your own little studio. There are two kitchens in the property, and as the other tenants mostly use the downstairs kitchen, you’ll have a lot of privacy and your own space upstairs.

The room also has lots of windows facing both sides, which makes it lovely and bright throughout the day. It’s especially nice if you enjoy having sunshine in the morning or sitting with a cup of tea while watching the sunset in the evening.

The other tenants are really lovely and friendly, and it’s a nice social house where people are always up for a drink or a chat, while everyone still has their own space.

The location is also really convenient, just a few minutes from Acton Main Line and the Elizabeth Line, as well as being close to East Acton and North Acton. There is a SimplyFresh about a 5-minute walk away and Aldi is around 10 minutes on foot.
