It has been laid out with 4 bedrooms, a kitchen dinner with table & TV, a bath/shower room and a separate w/c.

It comes fully furnished and all the normal utilities bills (Gas, Ele, Water, Internet, TV licence, Council Tax) are included. It has fast Virgin Media unlimited 130meg broadband internet. I also provide a weekly cleaner for the common areas.

The other three flat mates are French male workers.
