It's a 10 minute walk to Old Street, a 15 minute walk to Essex Rd/Angel and buses 76, 21, 141, 279 and 394 are all a 1 minute walk from the door step - it's unbelievably easy to get anywhere from there. It's also right next to a beautiful and really well connected canal path.
Beautiful new kitchen with washing machine and dryer and feature tiles. Bathroom and WC completely renovated less than 6 months ago!

The room is bright and a good size, completely furnished with wardrobe, a double bed, desk and chair, chest of drawers and bedside table.
