The room is a studio of 17-18.5 sqm. with a large double bed, flatscreen TV, full kitchen, ensuite shower, and plenty of storage.

Communal areas include a gym, courtyard, games room, onsite laundry, and a common room for socialising and studying.

Price per week: £340, all bills inclusive.

- City: 12 minutes walk
- LSE: 28 minutes walk / 15 minutes by Tube / 15 minutes by bus
- UCL: 38 minutes walk / 19 minutes by Tube
- KCL: 33 minutes walk / 19 minutes by bus
- QMUL: 32 minutes by Tube / 34 minutes by bus
