Studio Room (Student Accomodation) on Old Street

I'm looking for a university student to take over my lease at Canto Court ideally from January 2020 on-wards.

It's located conveniently on Old Street, 1 minute walk to the Old Street Station - and close to City University, KCL, LSE, CASS, and other universities.

The contract (£360 per week) ends on September 3 2020 but I need to go home early and thus am willing to leave my room by the beginning of January. If you consider a shorter stay within January and September you are also welcome to message me!! You should be able to extend the lease should you wish to continue living in the room/ moving to another room at Canto Court afterwards.

I live in a studio that has everything you could hope for! An amazing view of Old Street; comfortable double bed; television; fully-equipped kitchnette; wardrobe plus drawers; a decent sized bathroom; and most importantly, it's very quiet! Washing mashines and a small gym are available as well.

All utilities, wi-fi, and content insurance are included in rent.

I am willing to throw in almost everything I bought for the room (i. e. utensils; plates; pots and pans; kettle, iron, ironing board etc) FOR FREE.
