Hi, my roommate is leaving the flat for a new adventure and I am looking for someone tidy and friendly to take her room. I like having a nice home vibe in the flat, but enjoy my independence as well :)

The flat also has a large living room with a small balcony. It is located in the heart of Hoxton, 10 min from Shoreditch and Old Street tube station.
I am available to arrange viewings after working hours and on the weekend.
