Double Bedroom in Modern Duplex

Hi, we are looking for a new flat mate to live with us in our very nice modern duplex. Located 5 mins from Old Street tube station.

THE ROOM:
A bright, spacious, furnished double bedroom, with a chest-of-drawers and wardrobe. The room has enough space to fit in a desk. The bed also allows for extra storage underneath. You would share the bathroom with one other person living upstairs.

THE APARTMENT:
A 100 metres squared bright duplex with balcony, with a bathroom and toilet upstairs, and a shower with toilet downstairs. There are four bedrooms and a large open plan kitchen - living room. It is situated in a modern building making it secure, quiet and well-insulated.

THE ROOMMATES:
You’d be sharing with three nice people in an international setting: Yasmin (Dutch) is a lovely lady working for a non profit, Anna (English South African) is a nice recruiter and Margot, an excellent cook who also works in luxury (French). We have dinners from time to time together, like to share a glass of wine sometimes but respect each others’ quiet time.
