I'm looking for a new flatmate to move into my beautiful double bedroom, that comes with a private bathroom. I am moving back home to New Zealand so sadly have to give up my room

As you can see from the pictures, it is a very modern flat. Clean, spacious and well-equipped. The room comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers (can be put in storage if you don't need them) and wardrobes.
There is a well equipped gym in the building, as well as a concierge.
Kitchen & living room are shared areas.

The flat is centrally located - it's the perfect location, situated between Angel, Old Street and Shoreditch.

- 7min walk to Old Street tube station (Northern line, zone 1)
- 2min walk to City Road where a lot of buses stop (Our bus stop is called Windsor Terrace)
- 10-15min bus ride to King's Cross/St. Pancras or Liverpool Station
- 5min walk to Regent's canal, which will take you either to Angel (10min walk) or Shoreditch/South Hackney (15min walk)
- 'Boris' bike station at end of street (2min walk)

All conveniences are nearby, and plenty of great pubs, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.

You will be sharing the flat with Carolyn, a hard-working female professional who likes healthy eating, working out (yoga, pilates, HIIT, swimming), and travelling. It has been great sharing the flat with Carolyn, she is respectful towards people's own space & time, but also enjoys having a chat over a cup of tea together.

The ideal roommate will be a professional female who also likes to come home to a clean, quiet and relaxed flat.

Rent: £1200 pcm plus bills. Bills are approx. £100-150 (water, electricity, council tax, broadband, cleaning lady).
Rental agreement goes via a real estate agent, so there's an admin fee too.
