We’re a friendly, informal, not-for-profit landlord. We support young working people who can’t afford to rent or buy privately by offering convenient and quality accommodation in London.

We’ve been helping young people in London for nearly 100 years. The city’s deepening housing crisis makes us more necessary than ever.

Right in the heart of London, our Old Street development is less than half a mile from the nearest tube with excellent transport links. Shoreditch and Hoxton – some of London’s liveliest spots – are a short walk away.

We have 2, 4 or 6-bed flats with a shared kitchen/living room space. Each room is privately accessed with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and cupboard space, Each room has an en-suite with toilet, sink, storage space and shower.

Rooms are wired for phone and internet subscription, although not included in the price, there is free wifi available in the communal lounge that is open to all residents.

The communal kitchen, dining and lounge areas have everything you need and are great social spaces to enjoy with friends.

Our public spaces are fitted with high levels of security including CCTV and a digital key fob entry system.

We have a roof terrace, offering incredible views over London.

Additional facilities include an onsite self-service launderette and bicycle storage.

We don’t need a deposit. Yep, you read that right, there is no large sum to come up with to secure a space. A small booking fee of £150 secures your place and is refunded off your first months rent when you move in.

We offer flexible rents with an initial 2 year tenure, but you can leave with a month’s notice after 6 months.

Monthly charge includes rent, council tax, electricity, water bills, and WiFi.
