The flat is in Hoxton, a great and quiet location next to Shoreditch park, approximately 5-8 mins walk to Old street underground station.

There is a bus stop literally right outside the building (141, 76, 21 & N271)

If you are a keen sports person Britannia Sports centre is located in Shoreditch Park and reachable in 3-4 mins walk.

Supermarkets Tesco, Sainsbury's, Co-Op and other small local shops are approximately 4 to 7 mins walk distance.

The nearest VUE cinema Is in Angel shopping centre. That’s about 20 mins walk or 5 to 10 mins journey on the tube.

If you want to go on a night out: Shoreditch area is, again, very close by and buzzing with good restaurants, bars and night clubs.

The perfect housemate will be someone easy to get along with, gay friendly, quiet and most of all clean and tidy.
