Lodger wanted between Sundays and Fridays (4 nights per week ideally, but can do 5).
£700/month for 4 nights a week, all bills included. 2 weeks notice.

No couples, no full time stay, no moving in.

No couples or overnight guests. Kitchen and bathroom shared with me and sometimes my partner when he stays over. Suitable for clean and tidy friendly professional.

Very close to Old Street station. Perfect location for a quick walk to Moorgate, Broadgate, Liverpool Street, The City, Barbican, Shoreditch, Hoxton.

I am a friendly creative professional who loves a chat and a glass of wine, but I'm no party animal and neither are you. My partner stays over sometimes.
