However, I can assure the flat is located in a quiet residential area. You also have a variety of supermarkets nearby, Sainsbury's (5mins), Co-op (5 mins), M&S (5mins), Waitrose (10 mins).

You will be sharing the flat with two awesome and super friendly chilled French guys who are working professionals. We deal directly with the landlord and there is no agency. The landlord is great and always fixes any issues directly and quickly.

The price of the flat is £1,230 and includes rent, ALL bills (council tax, gas/elec, internet) and A WEEKLY CLEANER.
