Double Room Available in Old Street 19th May

The room is available from 19th May !

My flat mate is moving on to another chapter in her life therefore I am seeking a new flatmate to rent out the small double room.

The double room includes a small double bed and a large double wardrobe. I am keen to get the room painted and would encourage you to make the room your own, so please feel free to make adaptions👨‍🎨🎨

My two-bedroom flat includes a tiled bathroom, a newly painted and refurbished living room with a 65inch tv and access to a PS5, Netflix and Sky 👾 a balcony, a kitchen area, and two storage cupboards. All kitchen crockery is included.

The rent is inclusive of all bills: gas and electric, tv license, water, council tax WiFi. ✅

The location is great! The flat is within a 5-minute walk to Old Street Station and a 15-—to 20-minute walk to Liverpool Street Station/ Angel Station. There are a range of supermarkets within a 5-minute walk: Coop, M&S, Aldi, Tesco and Sainsbury’s 🙌🏽. If you’re into your fitness there is a range of gyms within a ten minute walk radius too! 🏋️‍♀️

You will enjoy the whole flat space with just one other flatmate 🌻 My name is Zac! I am 33 years old male working in social work part time. I am also a dog sitter so I have the occasional dogs stay for short periods of time 🐶 ! My friends and family would describe me as fun, a tad eccentric, with a big heart! I love long walks, spirituality, astrology, travelling, sports/ exercising, and techno.

I want a housemate with whom I can enjoy the space with and coexist with peacefully. Bonus points if a friendship were to be established but not the end of the world if not!
