Double Room Available in Old Street

Hi guys

My nephew is moving on to another chapter in his life, so I am seeking a new flatmate to rent out the double room.

The double room is fully furnished and includes a double bed, a large double wardrobe, and a dressing table. Please note: I am ideally looking for someone longer-term who is looking to call this home. I fully encourage making the room your own, so please feel free to paint or make adaptions as you please 👨‍🎨🎨

My two-bedroom flat includes a tiled bathroom, a newly painted and refurbished living room, a balcony, a kitchen area, and two storage cupboards. Renovations are ongoing in 🖼️

The location is ridiculous! The flat is within a 5-minute walk to Old Street Station and a 15-—to 20-minute walk to Liverpool Street Station/ Angel Station. There are a range of supermarkets within a 5-minute walk: Coop, M&S, Aldi, Tesco and Sainsbury’s 🙌🏽

You will enjoy the whole flat space with just one other flatmate 🌻 My name is Zac! I am 31 years old and work in social work Monday through Friday, 9 to 5. My friends and family would describe me as fun, a tad eccentric, with a big heart! I love spirituality, astrology, travelling, exercising and techno/deep house.

I am looking for someone who is seeking a longer-term contract. I want a housemate with whom I can enjoy the space with and coexist with peacefully. Bonus points if a friendship were to be established but not the end of the world if not!
