2 month sublet in Old Street

Hi guys

I am looking to rent my room for two months while I am away travelling. The double room is available from 08.08.24. It has a large double bed, a wardrobe and a smart TV. Access to Netflix is included.

My two-bedroom flat includes a tiled bathroom, a newly painted and refurbished living room, a balcony, a kitchen area, and two storage cupboards. The rent is inclusive of all bills

The location is ridiculous! The flat is within a 5-minute walk to Old Street Station and a 15-—to 20-minute walk to Liverpool Street Station/ Angel Station. There are a range of supermarkets within a 5-minute walk: Coop, M&S, and Aldi.

You will enjoy the whole flat space with just one other flatmate, my nephew. Sacha is a gay 23-year-old male who works in finance. He mainly works in the office Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, but occasionally works from home. He is fun and super kind and makes a banging roast dinner! Sacha's hobbies include gaming, drag, and eating out or going for drinks.

It is essential that Sacha feels comfortable in his home while I am away; therefore, we would like to get to know you a bit more on a house viewing!
