Room to Rent in Old Street

*Posting changed to 2 month sublet* FYI - many of our plants have now gone with our old flatmate, looking to repopulate!

A furnished double room available for sublet in August and September in our ideally located and beautiful house on Old Street: 5 min walk to Old station, 10 min walk to Barbican Station. Easy and quick commute to Shoreditch, the City etc... Room is fairly small with enough space for a double bed and small desk, but we also have a well sized living room with space to WFH.

FLAT DETAILS
The flat is split level in a terraced house with a single private entrance and three floors. The kitchen and living room are across the first floor, the second floor with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the top floor has two more rooms with another bathroom. There's also a great wooden decked terrace in the back of the house that gets plenty of sun! The shared space and kitchen area are modern & fully equipped.

FLATMATE DETAILS
We're looking to fill 1 of the 4 rooms in the flat as I will be away for 2 months. We're 3 young professionals working in finance (promise we make up for it in other ways!). I grew up and studied in London. Pauline is French. Nick is Austrian and Filip is Swedish - we're all very easy going and looking for a flatmate who is the same.

AREA DETAILS
The area is very centrally located near Old Street, Barbican and Clerkenwell. An ideal place to spend the summer months!

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR :)
Ideally someone that is sociable, tidy and respectful but also happy with having their own space. We all work fairly long hours but try to maintain a good atmosphere in the flat.
