About the flat:
En-suite double room in a 2 person house in Clerkenwell just a 10-13 min walk from Barbican, Farringdon and Old street station, so the location is fantastic also close to Angel! The bus stop is also just a 5min walk

The room (The bigger room) is fully furnished with uk king size bed, two chest of drawers and 2 massive cupboards with an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen comes fitted with a washing machine and dishwasher. The living room also has a TV and I have a nintendo switch as well :)

There is a Tesco 1min walk away and a Waitrose and Sainsbury's 5mins away! Also close to Tian Tian for those who love asian groceries :D

It is a super safe neighbourhood and the building has a lift and parking lot as well.

I'm originally from India and been in London for the last 4yrs working in tech. I have a hybrid working schedule but will travel often for work. I love to stay in and watch Netflix but also love going out and exploring london!

My current flatmate is moving out 29th sep so looking for someone tidy, chill and respectful that can jump in on the lease!
