I’m moving out of this amazing room in Old Street and it will be available from May 31. FEMALE PREFERRED.

5 mins walk to Old Street station. Sainsburys 10 seconds away.

Please note that the landlord has put the flat up for sale. And there will be viewings during the week from time to time (with advance notice). Once the sales is final, landlord will give three months notice.

The room is fully furnished with a big closet and some extra storage space. Comes with a super comfy king size bed.

The flat includes a kitchen, bathroom, toilet and a shared living room with sofa.

You will share the flat with a female flat mate who is a DJ. We’re looking for someone clean, hygienic and respectful.
