Looking for a flat mate to fill my spare room in Old Street from December/January
I have a modern flat with 2 beds, 2 baths, a large open plan living/kitchen area as well as a large balcony. Its a 5 minute walk from Old Street station
I'm quite outgoing, enjoy spending time with my flatmates but also like my own space. I work mostly in the office but 1 or 2 days a week from home.

- V. clean and tidy
I'm a live in landlord as all bills including council tax, tv license, water, energy, wifi and a fortnightly cleaner are included in the price. This also means I'll fix any problems almost easily as it affects me too
