This is a lovely double room in our first-floor flat near Old Street station, which is literally a minute walk away and 5 minutes from Shoreditch. The building is also on a secluded road away from the high street so it is quiet.

It's initially available for 6 months, but this is likely to be extended.

Bills are included and cover fast broadband internet, gas, electricity, water and council tax.

We are two professionals in their early thirties who are laid back, friendly and clean.

The room has a big window that lets in a lot of natural light and it is furnished with a small double bed, drawers, shelves and a wardrobe.

Aside from the bedroom there are two shared bathrooms, one of which has a bath & shower. There is also a communal kitchen and dining area, as well as a living room.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, cooker, washer dryer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and utensils.

Rent will drop by £200 after 3 months as it's initially set to cover some of the costs paid when moving in (it was originally completely unfurnished with no white goods, furniture, carpet etc.).
