This is a lovely double room in our first-floor flat near Old Street station, which is literally a minute walk away and 5 minutes from Shoreditch. The building is also on a secluded road away from the high street so it is quiet.

Bills are included and cover fast broadband internet, gas, electricity, water and council tax.

It's initially available for 6 months, starting from the beginning of March, and this is likely to be extended.

We are two professionals in our thirties who are laid back, friendly and clean.

The room is furnished with a small double bed, drawers, and a wardrobe.

Aside from three bedrooms, we have a living room, two shared bathrooms, one of which has a bath & shower, a kitchen and dining area.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, cooker, washer dryer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and utensils.
