Lovely Double Room by Old Street Station

This is a lovely double room in our first-floor flat near Old Street station, which is literally a minute walk away and 5 minutes from Shoreditch. The building is also on a secluded road away from the high street so it is quiet.

Bills are included and cover fast broadband internet, gas, electricity, water and council tax.

It's initially available for 6 months, but this is likely to be extended.

We are two professionals in our thirties who are laid back, friendly and clean.

The room is furnished with a small double bed, drawers, and a clothes rack. The current photos have been taken before the room is properly set up as it is still being used as the living room, but it will be fully furnished as described. Once our current flatmate moves out, their room will become the new shared living room.

Aside from three bedrooms and a living room, there are two shared bathrooms, one of which has a bath & shower. There is also a communal kitchen and dining area.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, cooker, washer dryer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and utensils.
