Dear all,
I am looking for a flatmate starting around 18th January for at least 7 monhts (main lease with high chance of extension) for the modern and bright double room with en-suite. (My current flatmate has to move on.)
The house is located directly on City Road. The flat has a large and very well-equipped open kitchen/living room which brings the flat to c. 80 sqm / 860 sft. We have underfloor heating in every room. All tenants of the house have access, also via elevator, to the large south-facing rooftop terrace to oversee London up to the London Eye.
The bills to share comprise council tax (band E), high-speed internet (Sky), gas, water, electricity which adds up to c. GBP 200 per month.
Vicinity:
- Bus stop in front of the building (43, 214, 394, 205)
- 1min to Sainsbury local
- 5mins to Aldi / M&S local / Co-op
- 5mins to Old Street (Northern Line)
- 8mins to lovely Regent's Canal
- 15mins to Angel
- <20 mins to Liverpool St Station
About me:
My name is Len (male, German, 30) and I work in finance in the city where I walk to every morning. I am pretty chill when it comes to living with me from vining and dining together in the evening, going to pubs/bars to doing seperate things according to everyones schedule.
I only work around 1 day per week from home which means you could use the wfh desk setup in the living room (2 screens, docking-station, height-adjustable desk...).
I am from time to time on business travel, might be away for xmas and plan a longer overseas vacation some time this year - i. e. you would have the flat for yourself from time to time :)
About you:
- you like things tidy and clean
- you should be a professional who also appreciates proper sleep during the week
- Passport (& right to rent share code when applicable)
