En-Suite in the Heart of Old Street

2 Bedroom, 3 Bathrooms, and an adorable well-trained puppy - what more can you want?

I'm a working professional having lived in this flat for a few years. My flatmate is moving to live with her boyfriend so the rooms up for grabs.

The flat is a duplex. Downstairs is an open-plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the gadgets you can want/need and the tv has pretty much every channel imaginable on it. There's a guest toilet downstairs so your guests don’t have to use yours and a spacious balcony with a street view. We have a cleaner that comes regularly, but I’m also very tidy so the flat tends to be kept clean regardless.

The bedrooms are upstairs, each with their own en-suite (your one has a bathtub), king-size bed (optional if you want to bring your own mattress), office chair, desk, and a large wardrobe.

The dog comes and goes between mine and my parents but she's super calm, quiet, and playful.

I’m in the office 4-5 days per week so if you work from home you’ve got the full place to yourself most of the time.
