Large Double Room in Old Street

Our flatmate will be sadly moving out to share with her best friend, and we’re looking for another female around the age if 27 to take over her room :)

A bit about us: Our interests are going to gym classes, going to dinners, drinks, seeing friends, cooking, exploring London and sometimes around the UK. We both work full time job - one being in the office more and one who has hybrid working.

We’re looking for someone who fits a similar vibe - who is social, respectful of each other especially when there’s down time or working from home. We have a living room, where we like to hangout in the evenings, but we mainly go out for a meal or more every month or on occasion. We genuinely dont have people over on the weekdays as we appreciate quiet evening due to the long working days, but weekends are fair game! We would like to keep that same vibe with whoever moves in next and hopefully become friends not just flat mates.

This flat is a gated area with a various different ages of individuals and families here. Location is super key here where we live, you’re a 10 minute walk from Old Street station, the food shops such as Tesco, Aldi and Sainsbury’s. Also, you’ll be a 15 minute walk to Liverpool Street station (it helps if you want to travel to Stansted airport for a holiday) and there are regular buses, which are super easy to get into central or even down to Spitalfields market, Colombia road flower market etc.

The room includes the bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. This flat has one bathroom between a total of 3 people too and we take it in regular turns to clean and respect cleanliness and space of the kitchen when cooking.

This room is 903.33 plus bills. We are renewing the lease on the 2nd June 2024 for another year, so whoever moves in except to pay from then. We are starting viewings as soon as possible so we will try and get to your messages as quick as we can.
