Double room to rent in renovated historic building, just outside Old St Station. The room has a large window and comes fully furnished. There is also a large living/dining room and you will share the bathroom only with one other person (as one of the three rooms is en-suite).

Super cool neighbourhood with loads of shops, restaurants and bars. There is an Aldi, M&S, Sainsbury’s and Tesco just around the corner. Less than 1 minute away from Old Street station.

The building has concierge to receive packages and look after the building. Bills are around £80 per month and include broadband, council tax and also a cleaner every 2-3 weeks.

You'd be sharing a flat with two laid-back mid-20s male professionals who like to have a good time. We occasionally spend time together but we all have our own personal lives that we adhere to. There is also an amazing roof top terrace with a great view overlooking Old Street.
