Heey our lovely flatmate Chris decided to be serious and it's taking it to the next level with his girlfriend sooo we are looking for a chill and friendly person to join our flat in Old street from 23-june-2024.

About us:

Qadir (24 male) from India, working professional as a chef in Soho, easy going chill person. Likes to cook, play games and loves to socialise with people.

Krista (26 female) from Bulgaria, working professional in tech sales 2 days in the office, 3 days from home. Bubbly, energetic and sociable. I like to spend time outdoors, semi professional Latin American dancer and currently experimenting in kitchen and life.

We have been flatmates for already 2.5 years. Enjoying a homie, chill vibe. Love to cook together, share a few smokes and laughs occasionally but also respect each others personal space. We like a tidy flat but we are not clean freaks. We like to have friends over for a dinner, board game/movie nights or just chilling.

About you

We are looking for likeminded person who will be fine with the social aspect of the flat (that being said is not a party house), clean and tidy (no dishes in the sink or socks laying around), chilling with us but also having their own life. Someone who is easy going and don’t take life or themselves too seriously. Gender doesn’t matter. Age 24-33.

About the flat

Three bedroom flat, central location (7min walk from Old street station), room is available from 23rd of June. The area is super nice but also quiet. The room is good size double room with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. There’s a small open plan living room, smart TV. Bathroom and toilet are separate. Washing machine with dryer included. Rent is £1300 including bills. There’s a nice little park near by, pub across the road with a garden, organic shop and Tesco few minutes away.
