Large flat with a shared kitchen and living room in a very cozy flat with a gym in the building (free-access for tenants) and bike storage.

Searching for friendly flatmates (young professional preferred) to replace my 2 current ones starting from 16th of August!

It is a Smoke free flat. No bills included, but roughly average around 150 pounds each per month with council taxes, wifi, water, electricity. Deposit will be shared between the 3 of us (Final deposit amount to be confirmed)

Midway between Angel and Old street, both station are ~10 minutes away. Buses are just right down the street.

You'll be living with me! I'm a product designer in tech. I'm calm, easy-going and very crafty. Love going for coffee under the sun, some early run or for pottery class.

- The flat has everything you need (Comfy sofa, washing machine, Oven, microwave, dishwasher and even 2 balconies for the occasional warm summer weather!)
- It is really quiet from the street and neighbours
