Sunny Double Bedroom in Old Street

I'm subletting my bright and cosy double bedroom from 1st of August to 30th September. A 5 minute walk to the Old Street Station - the location of the flat is extremely convenient and accessible.

The Area
Surprisingly relaxed and quiet, although it is a stone's throw away from the Old Street roundabout. There are several pubs nearby and you will never run out of restaurants to explore in the area.

The Flat
3 bed, 1 bath shared with two other girls who are both extremely friendly. Our shared kitchen and living room are vibrant, bright spaces that we spend a lot of time in. The kitchen hosts several shared amenities - a washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Flatmates
You would be living with an architect and a consultant, who are both quite busy during the week but like to get a pint or two every now and then. Occasionally might watch a movie in the living room on our projector, but frequently have their own plans with friends.

The Room
East facing, double bedroom that has plenty of storage space. The room will come furnished with a desk, chair, 2 cupboards and a double bed.

Ideal Flatmate
Someone who is sociable and likes to have an occasional chat over dinner. Our flat is quite crafty and we love to meet people who enjoy making things as well. Both my flatmates are extremely particular about keeping shared spaces clean and would want you to also follow that practice.
