Helping my landlord look for someone to take over my basement en-suite room on Bache's Street.

Bills
The price per month (£1300) is inclusive of all bills (including council tax) as well as a cleaner who cleans the kitchen once a week.

The townhouse of 5 levels, each level is its own room and the kitchen is on the ground floor (no reception). The other tenants are working professionals who are friendly, respectful and considerate. We are looking for someone of a similar profile.

The room itself features a King bed and has plenty of space and storage. Location is great as well:
- 5 minutes walk from Old Street station
- 15 minutes walk to Shoreditch High / Hoxton stations
- 15 minutes cycle to Hackney, Dalston, Angel, London Bridge, De Beauvoir Town
