Bright Double Room in Old Street

Hi everyone!

My current flatmate is sadly moving back to her home country to get a new job. The room is a double room with access to a balcony in the heart of Old Street.

It has a built in wardrobe and key to lock the room for extra privacy. The flat has a big living room and kitchen which is perfect for 2 people.
There is one bathroom (toilet and bath separate rooms).

Bills aren’t included but the building has central heating (included) so we have never turned on heating. Bills come to about 100 per person.

You would be sharing with me, 24 yo Spanish software engineer who has been living in the flat for 2 years now. I love tennis, going out for brunch and dinner, cooking, and watching movies. I work from the office most days.

We have a great relationship with our landlord and he always replies instantly if we have any issues (got my mattress replaced within a week!).

The pics are from the original ad, we have now added some other useful things like a Robot Vacuum cleaner, desks in both rooms, and plants!
