The flat:
We are two students and one professional who just moved in together, but due to personal circumstances, I am leaving London to return home.
The lease is signed for a year until September 2025, so we would ideally prefer a female willing to stay for a year.
The house has three spacious rooms, each stocked with a double bed, a double wardrobe, a big chest of drawers, and a table and a chair. The furnishings are new with a washer and dryer, the kitchen has all modern appliances, and we have newly replaced the refrigerator (not the one in the pictures). There is one big bathroom shared amongst all three girls, and all bills and council tax are included in the rent. Please note the layout of the house is the same as the pictures, but the furnishings in the rooms have been moved around a bit.
The location is very ideal as it is centrally located in a quiet area yet is within walking distance from Old Street, Angel, and Barbican stations.
About you:
We would like to welcome a warm, kind, and responsible female who can adjust well with the other two girls in the house. We are not too keen on partying or creating chaos in the house but would love to entertain relaxed evenings cooking and spending quality time together. You have to keep the common areas clean at all times, but other than that we are very chill. The other two girls are Indian, one studying law and the other working as a financial analyst.
Requirements:
There will be a reference check, so if you are a student, you either need to have a UK guarantor or pay 6 months' rent in advance. If you are a professional, you can show 3 months payslip (minimum 35K annual salary), or have a UK guarantor if you have not started your job yet. Alternatively, you can also pay 6 months' rent in advance. Your deposit will be returned at the end of tenancy since you will be entered into a DPS.
The move-in date is flexible. If you are interested, contact me for more details and we can discuss how to proceed further. Please do not contact me if you don't fulfil the referencing requirements which have been clearly stated.
