We have 1 large room available to take over from mid October.
Currently there are two other occupants, Chris and Mark who are looking for someone chill to take over the current tenancy which runs until May, with the option to extend.
They are looking for a professional over the age of 28, and is pretty low key. (We don’t want party people, as this is a sober and health and fitness orientated house so ideally looking for someone to fit in the mould nicely.)
The room up for rent is very large and is on the first floor opposite the shared bathroom!
The room is great, plenty of space and has a large built in desk which is ideal for home working.
We are pretty flexible on viewings so if you want to come and have a look, just send a message!
