Furnished bright double in Hoxton/Old Sreet

I am subletting my bright double room in Hoxton/Old Street (perfectly located, less than a 5 minute walk to Old Street underground station) for one month from 1 – 31st October.

The rent per month is £1300, with additional bills of around £150 (total £1450)

The room is fully furnished (double bed, desk & chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers, etc.). The flat has three rooms, including a nice living room. Our kitchen is very well-equipped.

I share the flat with a friend, he is a 30 year old, friendly and sociable professional. The flat is perfectly located to get a beer together after work in the local pubs or to take a walk from the close by Regents Canal to Victoria Park. Angel and Shoreditch are ~10 minute walking distance. I can also lend you my bike if you would like. Even though the flat is very central, the area itself is safe and quiet.
