Location:
This room is perfect if you want to be close to the city! Less than a 10 minute walk from old street and 15 minutes from Angel, Shoreditch and Hoxton.

The flat:
A ground floor flat with 4 bedrooms in total. Has a bath/shower room and separate toilet. Kitchen contains a washing machine dryer.
This is a decent sized room with lots of storage, desk and chair included.

The housemates:
You’ll be living with 3 other lovely girls, all working full time with roughly 1-2 days wfh. We’re a sociable bunch but are also busy with our own lives in London.

About you:
Looking for someone who will fit in nicely, is tidy and that works max 2 days from home please.
Landlord is ideally looking for someone who has an established income and a UK bank account.

Details:
Rent £731 excluding bills.
Bills amount to roughly £90 a month (incl water, gas, electric, WiFi and council tax).
Everyone is responsible for one utility bill, yours will be council tax. Everything is split equally on splitwise.
Deposit £650
Available from 20th October.
Landlord will carry own reference checks.

Please note:
You will pay the landlord £288 for the remainder of October’s rent and £34 for the remainder of bills.
