Double room in Old Street- £1010 pm

Looking for someone to move into my large double room for 6 months (until our lease ends at the end of April) as I’m moving in with my boyfriend.
Current flatmates are two kiwis- female (32) and male (31). We’re a chill, sociable flat and live a few mins walk from Old Street station so it’s a very convenient spot.
The flat has a nice large shared living room, kitchen and balcony, and you’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other flatmate.
Bills are around £200 per month on top of rent for internet, power & gas, water and council tax.
Ideally looking for another male at a similar age to take the room.
